The Revenue Formula

:
The major benefit points of the ePC revenue system;

a - a cashless system, (credit cards only)
b - highly track able and online accountability,
c - No accounting required on behalf of locations or agents,
d - a collective cash flow system: ePC comptroller collects and apportions
e - Revenues based on user fees through the kiosks which are split and then referred to as residuals. (residuals are % of gross pre-determined by the role assumed each participant)

Given that the users pay with credit cards and not cash, there is no one required to go around to collect any strong-box cash. Therefore, since the kiosk network activity is highly track able and online as well, the system lends itself to a shared knowledge of gross revenues generated with no end of month ‘surprises’, since everyone knows how they are doing hour-by-hour,day-by-day.

The General Revenue ‘Split’ Formula:
The following is a typical revenue split scenario:

Percentages: 20 / 10 / 50 / 20

ePC comptroller / Agent / owner / Location

* An owner can be: an agent, entrepreneur, or Location, or even ePort Systems, Inc.

The participants above share the associated percentages for each vend.
Discussed below are the various scenarios which may modify the sharing outcome for the participants
