The Welcome Screen:
The user is invited to choose from 1 of 8 languages, followed by the appearance of an animated figure called the ‘Postman/tourguide’ who introduces himself with some general guidance, and soon asks the user to begin with the use of their major credit card to begin the program.

Typically, the user will stand no more than 3 feet from the kiosk LCD flatpanel screen. The condensor microphone is a very sensitive boundary layer microphone, which will pick up everything the user says, clearly.

The camera will offer ‘live’ video of the user who will then see themselves on-screen to make it easy to center themselves in front of the camera., before they record.
Total transaction time 4-5 minutes.

Credit Card Payment:
After inserting one of 3 major credit cards (at this time: Visa, MCard, AMEX, Plus debit cards) More credit cards will likely be added), the tourguide thanks them and proceeds on. (bad credit card reads are also notified by the guide, and asked to try again).
